• Our philosophy on installations is simple: minimize our impact on the job schedule, and maximize our ability to adapt to the ever-changing dynamics of construction projects.

• We believe in creating the best shop drawings in the industry, coordinated with other trades and approved by the Authority Having Jurisdiction and the owner’s representative.

 

• We schedule installation to occur when we can be most efficient and have the least impact on the construction schedule. The general contractor can be assured that we are part of the solution to completing projects on time.

• General contractors typically use SFS to keep the project on schedule by requiring other trades to match our pace.
